About the Book:
My name is Ryan Sheppard and I don’t care about Christmas. I’m only returning to my over-the-top Christmas-themed hometown to sell the house I inherited from my late uncle so I can get back to the city and the promotion I’m chasing at work.
Unfortunately, there’s a flaw in my plan.
Because according to the town Christmas cop, there’s a moratorium on selling houses during December. She says it’s bad for the aesthetic. She’s also slapping an alarming number of tickets on my front door. For being in violation of holiday décor. And I swear on Rudolph himself, one is for ‘unsportsmanlike Christmassing.’
To top it all off, this Christmas cop looks like a red-headed elf.
A sexy red-headed elf…
Author Jana Aston is finishing 2021 right! She is taking her readers back to Reindeer Falls to kick off the holidays. Elves with Benefits is an adorable holiday romance featuring a petite redhead with all kinds of Christmas spirit and a tall, handsome grinch of an architect whose heart needs to grow a couple sizes.
Maggie and her friends, Sutton and Lexi, are so much fun. I loved Maggie’s internal ramblings about all her passions: Christmas and romances. She spearheads the group’s book club, and it won’t be hard to guess the reading list she pushes for their monthly book choices. When Ryan Sheppard (and his two equally gorgeous brothers) return to town just before the holidays, Maggie, the town’s protector of Christmas Spirit, has to work overtime to maintain the town’s holiday image. Their run-ins and banter are hilarious.
Elves with Benefits is the fourth installment of the author’s holiday series set in Reindeer Falls. It is a fun, quick read full of holiday cheer and spicy romance. I look forward to the upcoming novellas in this series that I am sure will feature Lexi, Sutton, and the possibly the other two Sheppard brothers!
